NOTE: This is, of course, just part of the famous melody based on ancient Peruvian folk tunes. A friend put on a recorded instrumental of the song in James David Audlin’s home in Paso Ancho, Panamá, and the latter spontaneously picked up his soprano recorder to play along; the friend happened to catch a portion on video.
